Dashboard basics

Use the Work and Home dashboard buttons to switch views. New personal tasks default to the dashboard you are viewing. Shared work tasks stay inside the current Work organization scope.

The dashboard is meant to show what needs attention now, what is coming soon, and what has been recorded in reports or audit history.

Tasks

Tasks can be reminders, links, emails, or event-date trackers. Due / Overdue shows tasks due today or late. Soon shows upcoming tasks that are close enough to start planning.

Complete

Records the task as finished.

Skip

Records that the task was intentionally skipped.

Missed

Records that the task was not completed on time.

Delete

Permanently removes a task card from the dashboard after confirmation.

New task fields

  • Task title: the name shown on the card.
  • Task type: the behavior of the task, such as reminder or link.
  • Scope: whether the task is personal, shared, or tied to a program.
  • Cadence: how often the task repeats.
  • Start / due date and due time: the first deadline.
  • Show early in Soon: how many days before the due date the task appears in Soon.
  • Move to Due early: how many days before the due date the task moves into Due / Overdue.
  • Flash urgent early: how many days before the due date the visual alert ring starts.

Programs

Programs group work under a named dashboard. Leaders can create and manage program dashboards. Members can request program access when that workflow is enabled.

Reports and due-outs

Reports summarize upcoming due-outs and audit actions for the current view. Use View As carefully: reports follow the effective profile you are viewing.

Account access

Accounts are people. Home and Work access are added through invite codes or approval requests. A request can ask for Member or Admin.

Admin means manager permissions at the requested organization level after approval. Member means use/view access without management permissions. Users can delete their own non-System-Admin account from the Account window after entering their current password and confirming deletion. The Account window also shows access request history, including pending, approved, denied, and admin denial notes.

Invite Teammates shows available Home and Work invite codes for spaces you manage. Copy the code for now; future versions may send prefilled invitation links.

Admin controls

System Admin controls are based on the actual logged-in admin, not the viewed profile. Use View As for testing. Organization tools create, move, and assign organization roles. Approval cards show pending requests in your review scope.

NO CUI rule

Input personal tasks only. Do not enter CUI, PHI, classified information, operational secrets, patient information, controlled technical information, or other sensitive government data.
